Alex Lim obtained his BCL from Oxford University, where he was ranked second in his year. Alex Lim has worked as an arbitration assistant to leading independent arbitrators. During his limited practice, he was instructed to represent a BVI entity in an arbitration at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.

Alex Lim was awarded a Bar Fellowship in 2023.
